Clinical Nursing

mod1Qualified and experienced Registered Nurses clinically monitoring health and assisting with wound care, pain, medication, incontinence management and palliative care.

Consumables

mod6Continence aids, Mobility aids, Oxygen and Enteral feeding supplies.

Social Support

mod3 Providing companionship at your home or in the community, activities can include outings for lunch, going to the movies, sport, hobbies and clubs.

Home Maintenance

mod7 Gardening, Lawn Mowing, Home Modifications, Window and Guttering cleaning.

Personal Care

mod2Assistance with bathing, showering including bed baths and dressing. Applying creams and lotions, toileting and transfers. Supporting personal hygiene.

Transport

mod8 Providing transport to Dr appointments, shopping, and social activities.

Domestic Assistance

mod4 Assistance with cleaning, dusting, laundry, vacuuming, mopping, shopping, ironing, and meal preparations.

Other Services

mod9 Include respite for carers, spring cleans and welfare checks.

Allied health

mod5 Co-ordinating all your Allied Health needs, Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapist, Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Eye and Hearing check-ups and any other needs you may require.

Allcare Nursing & Community Services have a selection of experienced staff with Certificate 111 qualifications. We also have a great network of community contacts for any services you may require.
